Supportive Care in Cancer
Community of Practice
Hosted In this community of practice a brief update on the progress of the supportivce care in cancer refresh project will be provided. This is followed by a presentation on the outcomes of the Supportive Care Prevalence Study and a series of brief presentations.

Chemotherapy quality and safety forum
Hosted by the Cancer Reform Unit (DHHS) and Safer Care Victoria; the forum is a follow up to findings of a state-wide audit of chemotherapy services in June 2017. The audit investigated quality and safety measures that relate to nursing competency in the delivery of chemotherapy in Victorian health services, collecting information about policies and strategies that support the safe administration of chemotherapy drugs by the nursing workforce.

Improving night-time sleep for cancer survivors workshop:
Up to 60% of cancer survivors experience ongoing sleep difficulties which can have a significant impact on quality of life.
