Improved collaboration within and across ICS is recognised as key to the delivery of consistent patient management across the WCMICS.  This will be achieved by continuing to work with the members of the Tumour Groups to provide the structures through which service improvements can be delivered within the WCMICS, and by establishing greater linkages with other ICS to accomplish common goals.   This work will be underpinned by the ongoing implementation of the WCMICS consumer Participation Strategy, and the expansion of consumer participation in all WCMICS activities as appropriate.
